Our Privacy Policy outlines the handling of your Personal Information (like name, email, phone number, and address) on the National Onsite Platform. - "Service Provider": Entities processing information for National Onsite, either in-house or third-party services.
- "Third-party Social Media Service": Websites or social networks used for creating accounts or logging in to our Service.
This Policy applies solely to information collected via National Onsite's website (the "Site") and mobile applications (the "App"), together known as the "Platform".
A) Information We May Collect
Personal Information you provide and information shared voluntarily on the National Onsite Platform, including while seeking or offering professional services, or contacting National Onsite or its third-party service providers. Examples of information you may provide includes but is not limited to:
- Contact details: Name, address, phone number, email.
- National Onsite login details: Username and password.
- Property information: Number of bedrooms, site and construction related information, usage profile, location zip/postal code, service instructions.
- Photographs: Of yourself or your property.
- Billing details: Credit/debit card numbers, expiration date, security code, or digital payment account info.
- Ratings and reviews: For users of the National Onsite Platform.
- Professional details: Insurance, licensure information, business and employee details, experience, skills, work eligibility, availability.
- Photographs: Of yourself or your property.
- Social Security number: For U.S. service professionals selected for background checks.
- Service-related information: Information about the property, systems, use, services, service history, site and system information and terms and policies.
If applying for employment with National Onsite:
- Ratings and reviews: For users of the National Onsite Platform.
- Employment-related details: Resume, LinkedIn profile, etc.
Note on Payment Card Information:
- Payment card data submitted for services on the National Onsite Platform is processed directly by Stripe, a third-party processor, using standard encryption. Stripe confirms payment clearance to National Onsite without sharing card details.
Surveys
- Participation in surveys on the National Onsite Platform is optional.
- Surveys may cover topics like satisfaction with the Platform, engagement levels, and feature awareness.
- Survey responses may be connected with your National Onsite account information (e.g., name, email), making them part of your Personal Information.
B) Information Collected Through Technology
- We gather information via technology to improve service quality.
- Information collected when you use the National Onsite Platform or interact with National Onsite or third-party service providers:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address: May reveal details like your ISP, organization, university, location, or previously used IP addresses.
- Device Identifier: An automatically assigned number to your device, linked to your visit details and any Personal Information provided.
- Data from advertising partners and data enrichment tools.

Web Beacons
- We may use web beacons (small graphics or codes, also known as “pixel tags,” “web bugs,” or “clear GIFs”) on our web and mobile pages and in messages.

- Web beacons help manage National Onsite Platform content, monitor user navigation, count users, and track email opening rates.
'Do Not Track' Browser Setting
- We may monitor your online activities over time, including on third-party websites.
- Web beacons determine how users arrive at our Site (e.g., through links or advertisers).
- Third-party services are used to display ads based on your activities on the National Onsite Platform.
C) Information Collected by Mobile Applications
When using the App, it may automatically collect and store Mobile Device Information, including:
- Internet browser type.
- Preferred country site.
- Mobile operating system.
- Phone number or other mobile device identifiers, such as IP address, manufacturer, and model.
Additionally, App Usage Information may be collected, such as:
- Time spent using the App.
- Frequency of using specific App features over a period.
- Overall frequency of App use.
- Actions taken within the App.
- The source website or platform from where the App was downloaded.
This information may be connected to other Personal Information provided by the user.
Location Tracking
- For service professionals using National Onsite's mobile application, we may collect geographic location data using GPS technology.

When using the National Onsite Platform, you may supply information about third parties, such as:
- Booking services for others.
- Providing ratings and reviews about third parties.
- Utilizing our referral service to recommend others.
E) Information Third Parties Provide About You
We enhance our service by supplementing your data with third-party records. This may include:
- Conversion Tracking: Monitoring user actions after interacting with ads.
- Background Checks: For users where applicable.
- Recorded Phone Calls: Calls with our service or third parties.
- Third Party Sites: Information from external websites.
- Ratings and Reviews: Feedback provided by other users.
- Photographs: Related to property or services involved.
- Message Interception: Monitoring communications for quality and training purposes.
This Privacy Policy applies to any Personal Information we receive from third parties, unless stated otherwise.

- We do not control Third-Party Sites and are not responsible for their information collection.
- The privacy practices of Third-Party Sites are subject to their own privacy policies.

National Onsite uses the collected information for various purposes, including:
- Serving Users: Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling services; rating and reviewing professionals; providing public profiles of service professionals; addressing service complaints.
- Communication: Contacting users via email, phone, or text as preferred; managing service payments; responding to questions and feedback.
- Employment and Engagement: Considering service professional engagement; evaluating National Onsite job applications.
- Marketing and Promotion: Sending marketing emails for National Onsite or selected third parties; marketing and advertising our products and services.
- Platform Improvement and Maintenance: Improving customer service; troubleshooting technical issues; enhancing the online and mobile user experience; continuous evaluation and improvement.
- Research and Development: Performing research for new products or services; conducting analysis, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or promotions.
- Security and Compliance: Preventing, investigating Privacy Policy or terms of service violations; fraud investigation; ensuring platform security; complying with legal requirements; protecting the rights and safety of National Onsite, users, or others; maintaining network and information security; public health and safety risk reduction.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities or court orders.
- Auditing and Dispute Resolution: Conducting audits, resolving disputes, and addressing complaints or claims related to services and interactions with National Onsite.
- Other Legitimate Business Purposes: Managing various legitimate business-related activities, which may include operational, administrative, strategic, analysis, planning, risk management processes, and ensuring the integrity of our operations, and safeguarding our rights and interests.
- Additional Uses: Contacting users about platform use and policy changes; other necessary communications related to the National Onsite Platform.
By using the National Onsite platform, you consent to receive communications from us, including texts, calls, and push notifications. Standard text message charges by your carrier apply. These communications may include marketing messages delivered by automatic systems or pre-recorded messages from National Onsite, affiliates, or Users/Professionals. Notify us promptly if your provided contact number changes. You confirm that any account users have consented to this contact method. Your consents persist even after account cancellation. You can opt-out of promotional texts or calls. Opt-out of all National Onsite texts by replying “STOP” to our messages, but this may affect Platform or Service use.
National Onsite uses a service to mask your number during calls or texts with a Service Professor or Requestor. We and our service provider store call/text data, including timing, numbers, and content, for legitimate purposes.
Your information may be transferred to or processed in countries with different data protection laws, but we'll always protect your information as described in this policy.
H) Account Deletion and Data Retention
- Account Deletion Protocol:
- Upon a user's request to delete their account, only the personal login information (username and password) will be removed.
- Other associated data, particularly that which is necessary for business operations and legal obligations, will be retained.
- Retained Information:
- Business and Professional Information: Including contact details, professional qualifications, and business operations data.
- Property and System Information: Key data about serviced properties and septic systems, like maintenance records and system specifications.
- Technical and Usage Information: Metrics and data necessary for the ongoing improvement and functionality of the platform.
- Payment and Transactional Records: Transaction details for operational analysis, planning, customer service, audits, legal considerations, and historical record-keeping.
- Additional Data: This includes third-party information critical for background checks and customer feedback.
- Data Retention:
- National Onsite retains Personal Information and other data as long as it is reasonably necessary for compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial auditing requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements and policies.
- We also keep usage data for enhancing security and improving services, efficiency and effectiveness related to the use of the Platform.
I) INFORMATION SHARING
We reserve the right to sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information with third parties as outlined in this Policy. Below are examples of how this information may be shared.
- Affiliated Companies
- Your Personal Information may be shared within our network of affiliates, parent companies, and subsidiaries. This sharing aims to facilitate service delivery on the National Onsite Platform and associated platforms, and for marketing related activities
- In Connection with Professional Services
- Service professionals' profiles on the Platform, showcasing their name, customer ratings, and reviews, company information and other information related to professional services may be publicly visible on the Platform and partner websites.
- Property owners profiles on the Platform may showcase their name, customer ratings, and reviews, property information and other information related to professional services may be publicly visible on the Platform and partner websites.
- If you post, request or respond to a job request, booking or quote, we may publicly post information including your first name, last name initial, service type, zip code, region, number of requested service providers, booking or quote date, service date, and any additional service details or instructions you provide, on the National Onsite Platform.
- Licensing and Professional Experience Verification Checks: We may use Personal Information when verifying licenses, credentials, work history and professional experience.
- Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf
- We may collaborate with third-party companies and individuals to manage specific aspects of our services on the National Onsite Platform. These third parties may access your information, including Personal Information, to perform their services. ○ We ensure these

- Data Analytics: We may employ third-party service providers for data analytics related to your interactions with the National Onsite Platform. Occasionally, these providers may share your information, like names and email addresses, with others for marketing purposes.
- Platform Features: We may utilize data from the Platform to enhance functionality, enable features, and generate user or property-related information.
- Payment Processing: A third-party service processes billing information, including credit card details, that you submit.

- Email Delivery: We may engage third-party providers for email delivery to our users.
- Background or Licensing Check Service Providers: Service professionals on the National Onsite Platform may undergo background or licensing verification checks.
- Marketing and Promotional Vendors and Partners: We may share Personal Information with third-party services aiding in marketing, and with other parties offering relevant products or services.
- Customer Support: Third-party services assist with customer support. We may share your Personal Information with them to address your queries about your account and Platform use.
- Legal Advice: Your Personal Information may be disclosed to attorneys for obtaining legal advice.
- Banks and Credit Card Companies
- For payment facilitation, fraud investigation, auditing, facilitation of financial services, or charge dispute resolution, we may share your Personal Information with banks and credit card companies.
Third Parties Providing Information on Available Services or Marketing Offers
- When using the National Onsite Platform, you may receive communications from us or directly from selected third parties about available services or marketing offers, involving disclosure of your Personal Information to these third parties.
- Any information you provide to these third parties falls under their own privacy policies and practices, which you should review before sharing your Personal Information.
- If you decide to stop receiving communications from a third party, you must contact that party directly to opt-out.
- Property and System Information Development: Creating comprehensive property, site, system, technology, industry and service-related information, which is owned by National Onsite.
Booking Partners
- We might share your Personal Information and/or aggregated data from it with our Booking Partners. This is relevant when customers book services through third-party properties, stores, sites, or apps via the National Onsite Platform.
- Upon request, we can provide these Booking Partners with details about the services you booked or offered through the National Onsite Platform, along with your Personal Information.
Service Professional Companies
- In cases where you are an employee, contractor, or affiliate of a company that is a service professional on the National Onsite Platform or accessing the Platform in partnership with a Booking Partner, we may share your Personal Information with that respective company or the Booking Partner.
Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions
- We may conduct sweepstakes, contests, and promotions ("Promotion") on the Platform, requiring Personal Information for registration.
- By participating, you agree to the Promotion's official rules, which might include granting the sponsor permission to use your name, voice, and/or likeness for Promotion-related advertising or marketing.
- If you enter a Promotion, your Personal Information may be shared with third parties or made public for Promotion administration purposes, like selecting winners, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or outlined in the Promotion's official rules.
Social Network Site Authentication
- When you opt to log in to the National Onsite Platform using a third-party site like Apple or Google, we may share information related to your account with that particular site.
Required Disclosures:
- In cases of a court order, subpoena, civil discovery request, or other legal processes, we may be obligated to disclose Personal Information as required by law.
Legal Compliance and Protection:
- We reserve the right to disclose account and other Personal Information when necessary for legal compliance or to protect the rights, property, or safety of National Onsite, our users, or others. This may involve sharing Personal Information with other entities for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.
Corporate Transactions
- We may disclose and transfer your information, including Personal Information, in the event of corporate changes such as:
- To a new owner, co-owner, or operator of the National Onsite Platform, or a successor database.
- To potential buyers during corporate mergers, consolidations, sales of our interests and/or assets, or other similar corporate transformations.
Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
- Our policy is not to collect information from individuals under 13 years of age. The Platform and its associated products and services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
How We Protect the Personal Information We Collect
- Ensuring the security of your Personal Information is a priority for us. We adopt various security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse.
- However, it's important to understand that while we strive to use reasonable efforts, no security system is completely infallible. Therefore, we cannot fully guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information.
Your Choices Regarding the Information We Collect
- Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we handle your personal information under specific conditions, in addition to those outlined elsewhere in this Agreement:
- Consent: You have consented to the use of your personal information for a specific purpose.
- Performance of a Contract: The processing of personal information is necessary to fulfill an agreement with you.
- Legal Obligation: We are legally required to use your personal information.
- Vital Interest: Processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
- Public Interest: The use of your personal information is connected to a task carried out for the public good or as part of the exercise of official authority vested in the company.
- Legitimate Interest: The processing is necessary for a legitimate interest pursued by our company.

J) Data Export Policy for Company Owners
1. Right to Export Your Data: Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
2. How to Exercise Your Rights: To export your data, please submit a request through lee@nationalonsite.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days and provide instructions on how to download your data.
3. Formats of Data Provided: We ensure that the data provided will be in a format that retains its usability and integrity, and that can be easily integrated into other platforms. Formats commonly used include CSV, JSON, or XML.
4. No Fee Usually Required: You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
5. Limitations and Obligations: We may decline requests for data portability due to technical limitations, legal restrictions, or if the transfer affects the rights and freedoms of others. In such cases, we will inform you about the reasons for denial and provide information on dispute resolution mechanisms. This provision is exclusively for the Company Owner of the requesting Company.
California Privacy Rights/California Consumer Privacy Act Notice This notice applies to "Consumers" as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For this notice, "Personal Information" refers to information defined as "Personal Information" under the CCPA (also "CA PI").
- Collection and Sharing of CA PI: We collect and share CA PI as described in this Privacy Policy. We may also collect, use, and disclose CA PI as required by law or as you direct, in line with this Privacy Policy.
- Sale of Personal Information: We do not "sell" personal information as defined in the CCPA and treat personal information as subject to a "do not sell" request. The status of third-party cookies and tracking devices as a "sale" under the CCPA is unclear. Control over browser-based cookies is available through your browser settings, and our Cookies Policy provides more information on online interest-based advertising choices.
- Do Not Track Signals: We currently do not recognize "do not track" signals as a "do not sell" request. We may recognize certain future signals if deemed appropriate.
- Rights of California Consumers: California Consumers can exercise their rights under the CCPA, including through an authorized agent. Requests are subject to a verification process. We may not fulfill a request if we cannot verify the Consumer or if the information is not sufficiently associated with the Consumer.
- Response to Requests: We aim to identify and respond to your California Consumer privacy rights requests. While we typically do not charge a fee, we may do so if a request is excessive or burdensome.
- Making a Request: To request deletion of your CA PI, or to exercise other rights, email Info@NationalOnsite.com with your email address used for transactions with National Onsite.
- Limitations on Response: Our ability to respond may be limited by the time period of information retention.
- Request to Delete CA PI: You can request deletion of CA PI collected directly from you unless we have a basis for retention under the CCPA.
- Opt-out Options**: You can opt out of marketing emails or exercise more limited control of your PI by following the unsubscribe link or emailing Info@NationalOnsite.com.
- Non-Discrimination: Exercising your CCPA rights won't lead to discrimination prohibited by the CCPA. However, different prices or rates may apply if reasonably related to the value of your data.
- Financial Incentives: We may offer incentives for collecting, selling, and using your CA PI as permitted by the CCPA. Participation is optional, and you can opt-in or opt-out of these programs as described in their terms.
- Changes to Incentive Programs: We may modify incentive programs and their terms, with updates posted on the program descriptions and terms.
Your Nevada Privacy Rights
- Nevada law allows residents to opt out of the sale of certain "covered information" by website or online service operators. Currently, we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law and have no plans to do so. However, Nevada residents who want to be notified if we decide to sell personal information in the future can email Info@NationalOnsite.com with their name and email address. It is your responsibility to update any changes to your email address through the same method. We do not commit to cross-referencing other emails provided for different purposes.
- We will keep your information and notify you if our plans change, at which point we will establish a process for verifying your identity and offer verified consumers an opportunity to opt out.
- Please review our data practices as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may share your Personal Information as described here, to improve your experience and our services, and these activities are not affected by a Nevada do not sell request. Other choices regarding our data practices are detailed elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Public Domain Information
When you use the National Onsite Platform, you recognize and expressly consent that information which is in the public domain or publicly accessible through state records, business profiles, or other public channels, and not deemed private, does not fall under the category of Personal Information in this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that National Onsite has the right to utilize such publicly available information for legitimate business purposes without any limitations.
